Already a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with an established background in engineering and art, John A. Moore, Jr. decided to take on the challenge of dental school. It was widely understood by his peers and professors that he would rise straight to the top of his field. In dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, his senior task was to work on 12 dental crowns and dental bridges. Dr. Moore completed 65. His record remains unbroken to this day. And his passion for dentistry lives on in the patients he’s helped feel better and more confident over the last 35 years at Cosmetic Dental Associates.
Although he spent 10 years as an educator and regularly lectures all over the nation and in Mexico, Dr. Moore continues to complete numerous hours of continuing education every year, so he can always offer the most current treatment to his patients. He feels rewarded every time a patient reaches the end of their treatment and their face lights up with the joy of finally looking the way they’ve always wanted.
