Alice Administrator Office Manager

Alice was salutatorian of her high school class and graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She brought with her six years of management experience when she came to CDA in 1993. She is in charge of administrative team training and also spearheads the scheduling and billing processes to assist the staff in working more efficiently. Alice married the love of her life, Colin, in 1987. They have five dogs.

Alejandra HR Director & New Patient Marketing Assistant

Alejandra loves her smile by Dr. Moore. She couldn’t be happier with her veneers! And she loves working at CDA with what she calls the best team in the world. Alejandra is married to her childhood crush, David. Her favorite performers are FYER and Skrillex, her favorite screenplay writer is Joe Dukes, and her favorite novelist is unpublished author Jacqueline Duque. Alejandra also enjoys world traveling like her favorite adventurer, Chance Fincher. She loves her three rescue dogs: Monet, Bells, and Frida Kahlo.

Shonna Hygiene Scheduler

Shonna has worked with the CDA administrative team for more than six years. She loves each and every one of her patients; she enjoys developing long-lasting bonds with them. Shonna has been married to her husband, James, for nearly three decades, and they have two amazing children. Now that their youngest has left for college in Washington, DC, they are considered “empty nesters.” Shonna and her husband now spend a majority of their free time focusing on their hobby, BBQ’ing, and enjoying the company of their four dogs.

Iary Dental Hygienist

Iary is originally from Mexico and attended the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Mexico for four years. She has more than 20 years of dental experience, including work as a dental assistant and treatment coordinator for ortho pediatric oral surgery. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful teenage daughter.

Domingo Lab Director

Domingo has been with Dr. Moore and CDA for over 10 years. He brings to CDA nearly three decades of experience, and he has attended dental courses at UTHSC San Antonio. Working with Dr. Moore has taken Domingo’s craft to a higher level; he appreciates Dr. Moore’s knowledge and training. Domingo has five children, and his lovely wife, Monica, is a homemaker, baker, and PTA president. Aside from spending time with them, he also loves tropical saltwater fishing and cooking fat cap BBQ in his off time.

Miranda Dental Assistant

Miranda is a registered dental assistant who was recently promoted to orthodontics assistant. She absolutely loves her patients, the staff, and the environment here at CDA. She is a wife and a mother to a son and a Beagle. On the weekends, Miranda enjoys being her son’s #1 fan at his numerous sporting events.
